It would seem you are missing Obama's message. He is not running against GW. He can talk plenty about the lawlessness of the Clinton Admin to get the nomination.

The message being change. One change would be just to do it without bitching about all the alleged wrongs before. There are more than enough problems facing the next President, getting drained with political witch hunts is not the change being looked for.
