Well I would rather see him [Obama] use his energies on the future not the past. I want to see him reverse many policies from the present administration: preemptive war, stove-piped intel, black sites, Gitmo, politification of the DOJ, tax cuts for the wealthy, rendition, cowboy diplomacy, torture, unitary executive, signing statements, and on and on... Of necessity, he will need to refute these policies before he can change them. But perhaps it is a bit too early in the electoral process for him to do so now.
