That site has the silliest rating methodology I have ever seen. Rather than rating Brinker's actual calls, what they are rating is mentions of him in other publications.

Their method of evaluation is indeed interesting. It is hard to say what is more valid, Brinker evaluating himself without including the effect of his QQQ advice on his model portfolios or their method.
