And if you don't have government paid insurance you can still have just as much government promotion of healthier lifestyles. In fact you could have far more of it than we have now, without having any government paid health insurance.

So once again "there isn't any intrinsic of necessary connection from such promotional activity to government run health insurance".


"Intrinsic of necessary" are your words, not mine. I just think government is more likely to promote healthy living if they are paying the bills.
