I seriously doubt he can go the first four years without a serious health issue, and probably something to do with his cognitive abilities... Which would make Senator McCain's choice of running mate an important factor in his electability. If he picks a high profile name, like Huckabee, Guiliani or Romney, he stands a much better chance in November, than he does now, IMO. Have there been any hints on this so far from his camp? (I've just recently restarted reading the thread, so if this has already been discussed, I've missed it.)
