GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR: February 5, 2008 Independence Hub production has dropped 743,000 Dth/d today to only about 90,000 Dth/d. Tennessee Gas said in a pipeline notice that it will be pigging its lines between West Delta 68 and Station 527 in Port Sulphur, LA, Feb. 8-9 because of pigging operations that are taking place upstream on the Independence Trail system. It's unclear at this time how long Independence Hub will be impacted by this maintenance. The Tennessee pigging is not expected to affect receipts from the hub. Gulf production has dropped to 11.4 Bcf/d today from about 12 Bcf/d in yesterday's I2 cycle.
