FAF - you followed this one any more? Yet another one that I hadn't read the balance sheet on <gasp>. Or read it and forgot how abysmal it appears.

Anyone familiar with what they're up to - their long-term debt all of a sudden appeared in the short-term obligations it would appear. Is the debt coming due? Have they already refinanced?

Regardless, they have $3.6B of "goodwill" and "intangibles", which sets up quite a value trap. Their tangible net worth is negative.
