You can't be that stupid.....the study arbitrarily included only those up to age 75 because not many people live much longer no matter what the cause. "Why are some cancers and bacterial infections preventable and not others?" That's a very good question Doctor....when you have an answer please tell the world. What's so difficult to understand....they told exactly what type of deaths they studied and why? They are considered preventable deaths..... Hunting, automobile, and murders are not health issues.....nor is war. Yes, let's be serious.....the data is there in front of your nose, but you are so nationalistic and so sure that the US is the absolute best in everything that you have become nothing but a fan, not a living, thinking person. My advice to you is to get the notion that we are best at everything....we're not. You are entitled to your own opinion, but you're not entitled to your own facts.....sorry.
