Power Play Development Engages Xnergy, LLC and Xnergy Financial Advisors
Tuesday February 5, 7:00 am ET
Company intends to become fully reporting while targeting institutional capital

FRAMINGHAM, Mass., Feb. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Power Play Development Corp. (Pink Sheets: PWPY - News), the leading provider of outsourced promotional poker solutions and owner of the nationally recognized NLOP(TM) (http://www.nlop.com) poker portal, has engaged Xnergy Financial Corporation as its exclusive investment bank in connection with corporate financing.

Power Play intends to become a reporting company under the Exchange Act of 1934 and then to have its stock traded on the OTC Bulletin Board. It has signed an agreement with Xnergy Advisory Services to assist it with these matters.

"An Exchange Act registration is necessary to permit our stock to trade on the OTC Bulletin Board," said Michael Clebnik, CEO of Power Play." The move from the Pink Sheets to the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board can be a difficult undertaking, but we're very serious about meeting this objective to create additional value for our shareholders," Clebnik continued. "With an aggressive growth plan already in place, and our core businesses operating at increased sales levels month-over month, we feel that the time is right for our company to begin the process of 'uplisting'. We thank our shareholders for their continuing support."

"Xnergy will assist us with capital formation and in reviewing various investment alternatives," said Roy Evans, Power Play's CFO. "As a small public company, we are happy to have a business advisor that we can rely on. A listing on the OTC:BB should provide the company increased access to capital markets, increased exposure of PWPY common stock, and greater transparency for shareholders. As we continue to execute our growth strategy for 2008, management believes the Company is well positioned to become the recognized leader in social gaming."

Nia Stefany, CEO of Xnergy, LLC said "Power Play is a young company that has already staked out a significant position as an online media company attracting visitors with its online poker portal. We look forward to helping them meet their business objectives."

That was one of the best football games I ever saw.

Incidentally, however, isn't it nice that John McCain has such good friends:

Former U.S. Sen. Bob Dole has written a letter to conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh defending the conservative credentials of Arizona Sen. John McCain.
He even compares McCain with former North Carolina Sen. Jesse Helms.
