Leave it to a visionary politician to suggest this. Never would this have emerged from the daily poll that the Clintons have had to take to find out what they think.

I've advocated for breaking insurance free from employment and for making policies portable across states.

I'd rather see that done by removing special treatment of employer provided insurance rather than by giving other insurance special treatment.
