I love meat loaf, but it's such a mess to make. Any easy ideas for this? My Kroger store sells a ready made 3 pound roll that isn't bad and it's sure easy, but not like home made.

I'll give up beer and just stick with martini's:)

Going to make some tilapia tonight topped with a crab sauce and lemon toasted bread crumbs. So I think a nice white is in order, perhaps a Gewurztraminer.
