Price controls on oil? Off the top of my head, Iran comes to mind. I think China may still be providing oil to its industries at below market prices, but I'm not sure. China is steadily transitioning to a full market economy, but I'm not sure where oil is right now.

I'm assuming OPEC provides below market cost gasoline, but don't know by how much.

China's slapping controls on food, though, as inflation in food prices is spreading beyond pork, cooking oil, and certain fresh vegetables.

From an investment point of view, I'm waiting to see how much damage the snow storms did to food supplies.
