It's what drives entrepreneurship." Look up conservative in Websters, it will not say anything about smaller less government. I think you conservative values are Reagan or Neo conservative values. The dictionary describes the country club type or paleoconservatives. Eisenhower is a perfect example of this, en.wikipedia.org
