One more step closer .. The time frame to challenge signatures for the Michigan medical marijuana petition has expired. No one filed any challenge at all. We had turned in nearly one hundred thousand signatures more than was required. It now goes on the November ballot. Unless the legislature passes it first. We're on track .. On a personal note. Last Tuesday all charges against me were dropped that resulted from the episode where I was arrested for gathering signatures in the village of Clinton, Michigan. The ACLU will now step in for the lawsuit.
