$200k per year in New York or SF is middle class. He should raise taxes on anyone making more than $200k per year and living in Arkansas.

So the feds should intentionally tilt the federal tax to hit poorer states harder??

People with more than two kids can pay an extra $2,500 per kid since they are using more than their fair share.

They are creating the future workers to pay for all the government programs after you retire.
