I have some folks looking at a Brookfield resort condo at Mauna Lani. They've only sold 5 units out of 137 "proposed". Brookfield offered them $340k in upgrades on the $1.9mm sales price. Too funny.

Can't we just have a 60 day trial on all new homes, live here for 60 days or return the home for free, just pay shipping and handling?

We could also have a bump and dent section and a used section. Maybe in 20 years most home styles will come back into style like retro furniture being hip again.
