pass a law that makes it against the law for a 15 year old to have cancer.

This is a new law for sick people .. not for a party.

BTW .. thank you .. I see that you have been doing some thinking:

"Hey, I will give you a trade off. Make alcohol illegal and make pot legal, subject to the same 21 year old age limit as alcohol, and sold only by old liquor stores... and I will go for it."

That would be more logical than current laws.

regulate AND tax.

Currently criminals are in charge of the age limits.
