Thanks for your explanation. I only have 50 shares of RTP, so I suppose that will translate into 340 shares of BHP if the recent bid is accepted.

Buying some RTP after the stock plummets to under $70 around 68

could be worth 100. The stock is significantly down from the year high which was at 558. However, it is not down 90% (in a depression stocks must fall 90%).

RTP had earnings of about $10/q.
