I suffered a recurrence of vertigo night before last. It's caused by rogue particles in my inner ear. You might look at the following link, supplied by my daughter's intended who is a doctor. It describes the treatment he gave me after I fell off a table in July, smashing a chandelier I was removing from his dining room to replace with another. I never had a recurrence until night before last.

I haven't been tracking the conversation, so if this isn't relevant, just ignore it. I just keyed in on your phrase "tilting my head" which is part of the procedure he gave me.
