Very well said. My main hope was that a thrid party would emerge from this election- led by either McCain, or Paul. While the Libertarian party is established, I think too many Americans view it as a bunch of extremist nuts. I think the time is right for a 'new' third party. Another thing, is half of the debate about what each candidate is promising, or proposing is meaningless- because they have absolutely no intention on honoring, or following through with those promises- it's just for niche votes. Radical idea's that pander for votes- never get passed anyway. You are right about a deep super-recession, or even a depression is what will be required to wake America up- and bring radical, permanent change. Ron

Bank pres. was just in my office a few minutes ago. I am doing some work at his home. I asked him how his vault is doing and if he was full up with Benjamins. He grinned at me and replied that he saw less and less paper money in the vault. Then he gave me a stare and said, "Credit is unavailable." I asked him if he meant it was tight and he said, "If you give me $10k in cash I will loan you 10K back. Otherwise, I will not loan you any money. Not even if you are gold plated." Then he said it mattered not if it was personal or commercial. I laughed and told him I wanted paid in cash.......Benjamins. marketwatch.com
