Fair enough....

Quick point though:

1) That was a ONE TIME temporary boost to government tax revenues. Somewhat akin (& smaller, I'll wager) then the recent ONE TIME temporary boost to government tax revenues occasioned by Bush's corporate tax holiday for foreign repatriated profits....
