Suma; Well the armor was missing and there was a brouhaha about that. Yes of course, but that was a result of the idiots running our government - not because we don't spend enough. Unless you are of the mind that we must develop and nurture a "Military-Industrial Complex" economy, ala the desires of the neocons, we spend waaaaaaay more on the military already than we should.
