LOL! I'm a sandwich builder, myself. Years ago, we would have lunch in a sandwich bar where you built your own sandwich and they charged by the weight. My sandwiches ran $7 and $8 and that was in the early '70s. Everyone else was paying $2 or $3 bucks for theirs. Mine would be 4 inches thick. I still build 'em thick and put 2 or 3 of each ingredient in 'em. But, the big difference these days is I do it with a single slice of bread. I can't eat anywhere near as much as I could years ago.
