Hey Seantrade I did as well, both descriptions are very alike, Sure will be interesting as to when they may actually get the Purchase Order or Contract or whatever. Judgeing by the market it appears people are going to wait untill its a total done deal.

There has been a lot of encouraging news recently, it amazes me why the PPS has not crept up even a little.

Oh well, al least it sounds like its just around the corner.
