Don't get me wrong, I respect the way he goes against conventional thinking and I agree with a lot of what he says. One area where he blew it though is in predicting bond yields. In 2005 he predicted that the Asian countries would get tired of funding our twin deficits and dump US treasuries, and rates would increase dramatically. Never happened. My gut tells me that it will someday but in investing, timing is everything.
