A third party would be viable, but only if two thirds of the Republican party joined, and it may be easier to get one third to quit than that.

Ken,

I've been increasingly disenchanted with the Republican party since GW took office. Controlling the WH and both houses of Congress got very little in the way of a conservative agenda put in place. It's nothing short of a damn shame!

I agree, except:

Roberts vs. Ginsburg #2
Alito vs. Ginsburg #3

35% marginal rate vs. 40% +
