The Democrat Party did it to themselves.

Really what did it matter that these Primaries would have been early----yes historically Iowa holds their caucus first so what----technically it is not necessary?

Seems to me each state party should be able to decide the date for their Primary or caucus without regard to a given state being first.

Why could Virginia, the home of Presidents, not have been first?

Given the lack of global warming this winter----an early Primary and/or caucus in the fall or in the spring would seem preferable to get maximum participation.
