You know, there only are 10 Japanese ETFs. Not the best article because of that. The valuation argument has been in place for years. I don't really understand why the country operates the way it does. I guess they want the people and public funds to control the money. Weird situation.

I agree about expenses. Japanese small caps are tough to play from America and JOF and DFA's fund (a brain dead indexer) are about the only games in town.
