I assume kidney stones are not really a problem either?

Misinformation. I buy it in Carlson Gel-Caps, 2000mg, 120 to a bottle. About $5. My last buy was 5 bottles to save shipping costs. vitacost.com I take 2 morning and 2 evening. 8000 per day. I noticed an energy boost.

When you look at the connection between D and female cancer, it's a must, IMO.

Vitamin D3 is a good one to take. It appears all tests with 1000 IU's/day were very beneficial against cancer over time. I would suggest heart disease and bone density loss should be mitigated as well.
