Looks like Intel build in some redundancy - like others,
of course.

7 big line left with 4 blocks = 28 blocks left and 28 blocks
right = 56 blocks. The last line are 8 half blocks which give
4 full blocks = 60 blocks. Because its a 128Mbit DIE, I
assume Intel needs 128/2 = 64 Blocks a 2Mbit. In the first
line there are 4 half blocks which give 2 full blocks = 62
blocks and on the right side are 3 full blocks + 1/2 block
= 65,5 blocks vs. 64 needed => redundancy = ca. 2%.
