The way that Republicans are retiring from Congress in such large numbers makes that more likely then it otherwise would be....

(While the other side of the coin is that gerrymandering of districts has made it EXTREMELY difficult to turn politicians out of office. The game has been rigged so much that incumbents have like a 95% chance of reelection.... :-(
