Zeus,

<If the dna is clemens, case closed.<

Clemens has already admitted that McNamee injected him with pain killers and other things, just not steroids and HGH.

So even if he has Clemens DNA, I don't see how you can conclude he injected Clemens with steroids and HGH. If the samples also contain steroids and HGH, it looks a lot worse, but you really have to wonder about any guy that saved that stuff to begin with. The obvious counter is that if he saved it, he had something sleazy up his sleave to begin with. So how do we know he didn't add the steroids and HGH afterwards or give them to Clemens without his knowledge.

My feeling is that even if Clemens took this stuff, he did it for therapeutic reasons (pain, soreness etc...). I don't think he was trying to bulk up like most of the other players. Personally, I make that distinction because IMO there's a huge difference between performance enhancement and trying to recapture your best form by eliminating pain and other physical limitations that result from injury.

The only reason I think Clemens is guilty is because I don't like him and his denials sound just like all the other liars. Of course, honest denials would sound the same. <G>
