So, a lawsuit that was filed by some small outfit in 1977 is used to explain away a mess almost 30 years later? And that too by a government that constantly rolls over environmental groups?!

PS : Saw the video. McCain grinning slavishly at the booing crowd. So much for all the "straight talk" CRAP! ;-)
