I have to make up curse words for this abomination. When my wife was living in Colorado in the 60s, she did the demonstrations against the four corners power plant, and the demonstrations against the strip minings and the MONEY did it anyway. I've walked the South Rim of the Grand canyon along the edge, and felt the touches of primordial memories, and enjoyed the evenings under the stars there. You couldn't recognize the constellations because they had all their clothes on. Grief. I can only say I must not be a white man on the inside. Hell, sometimes the news I hear makes me mourn just being male. I'm sure there is still a consciousness for being HUMAN and being responsible for the well being of the environment and the well being of those around us, but the last eight years or maybe even back to reagan, makes me think its considered a sign of weakness to feel compassion.
