As they said on "Mornin' Joe" yesterday, Hillary has already been Vice President. <G> Harold Ford's views are more in line with mine than any of the candidates, so I'd like to see him on the ticket. He is a Democrat and way too human to be a Republican. He is for strong military defense, but not an imperialist, as the neocons are. He is for fiscal common sense and not a borrow and spender, as the GOP is. All of the so-called DINOs, elected or barely lost, in Ford's case, would never make it in the GOP of today. Not enough hate or hypocrisy. "This ain't your father's Oldsmobile." <G> The good news is, demographics will make the GOP a party of the past the more they tilt toward the lunatic fringe. Bring back the Whigs.
