I'm not necessarily against a RS, but would rather they take the alternative route of getting something done.

I will withold judgment until I hear whether ... 1. This is a mistake ... a very real possibility exists that instead of the words "reverse split" they meant to write "increased share structure". It would be more consistent with the rest of the document, including the "Information Statement" which only discusses a. the proposed name change b. the authoriztion to increase capital structure (up to 100 million shares) c. the 2007 employee stock plan I believe there is a very real possibility that it was written incorrectly (speaking of the collective name change and increase in share structure) ... there is a lot of logic in my mind that makes me believe that this is the reality (and not just wishful thinking) ... ... it is NOT mentioned in the summary noted 1-3 at the top. They would have to mention it elsewhere in the document. I have been told they would have to vote on such a measure. I just can't imagine at this stage that the company would take this direction. That's a last ditch effort, not an out of the gate move. 2. This is in fact the reality ... If so, I will be very disappointed. I understand the logic behind the RS ... make more people able to invest ... it doesn not work in reality and the future price tends to move back toward the price pre-split. Here's a solution. Show a working prototype and the 5 dollar minimum will take care of itself !!!!!!! If the wording is in error in the 14c I hope the company will correct it. Otherwise it will just lend to future speculation and it will hurt the share price. My thoughts, Jp
