I'm trying to bail this spring. The market here is slowing dramatically, so I may have to take less profit to move my box, presuming I can move it. Worst case - I have to live in my upgraded, paid for box in SLC. Maybe just give in and go Mormon.

How about coastal florida? As in the small resort communities. Or some of the gulf islands. Do you follow that market? I'd love to pick up some stuff people are dumping.

If it's anything like the high end market here in the rockies though, it really hasn't cracked at all.
