I agree, somewhere up around Tryon NC, Greenville, SC maybe?

Tennessee might have a better tax structure of Chris too.

I'm from Texas. I've lived and sweated in places with the highest "heat index" in the country. But, I'll visit in the summer just to see how bad it is.

After ten years in S. CA, EVERYPLACE else seems to suck, weatherwise.
