We used to live in Davie... nice area, Nob Hill Rd...

Pulled up stakes in 2001... Now live within commuting distance of Boulder...

Occasionally return to FL to see friends. We also see humidity, heat, mosquitoes, hurricanes, high insurance, high property taxes, over crowding... and a fair number of folks who would rather not speak Engles...

And did I mention traffic?

As for the future, global warming => rising sea levels, and salt water intrusion into aquifers...

Its fun to visit.
