As we all know, however, the only smarts most people in Washington have is how to get themselves to Washington. They better start learning to listen to someone besides themselves.

Arizona has first solar which is the top solar company. Its the first mover and sometimes the initial winners long term don't win... but you never know.... I would expect a whole industry to pop up around Phoenix just because FSLR is there - thats what always happens, as long as FSLR can hold on.
