He might have switches parties years ago, but basically, I still think he's a liberal at heart. He's very much in sync with McCain. Two peas in a pod.

Just saw McCain with the group of elitist DC insiders who support him. John Warner was in the crowd. That signals to me they're using McCain as Repub nominee to assure Dems don't get control of US troops & their potential victory in Iraq. Hopefully it's not also about taking action against Iran. They've forfeited the extremely important issue of controlling illegal immigration in order to win in Iraq. It's doubtful their strategy will work, if Obama is the Dem nominee.
