Not quite sure thats the weather he was referring to. Temecula brutily hot in the summer (but dry) and gets pretty chilly in the winter. Desert living.

I'm an extreme bottom fisher. I remodel foreclosures as I live in them. I don't mind living in barrios or in old crack houses. If I could find a foreclosure in S. CA for under 100k, I might do it, but I'm not sure I could. I know I can in Columbia, and many other cities without cachet. Also, S. Cal. is an expensive place to live and I'm trying to avoid actual work.
