Not unless I actually have a TIME MACHINE, Tim... (since CBO, GAO and Trend ran their analysis in 2002 & 2003 --- far IN ADVANCE of me having any 'opinions' about this matter. <GGG>)

Again absolutely irrelevant to my statement. They could have made the statement in 2002, or 2002 BC, and it still would amount to exactly what I said - "Which means you found someone else that shares your opinion, not that your opinion is correct."

Re: "Tax cuts have done more economic harm than good", is an opinion.

If you say so.

However it is NOT anything that I'VE ever expressed!

You quoted other people expressing it and then defended the quoted idea.

"As they predicted: all net benefits to the national economy produced from Bush's modest tinkering with the tax codes have become overcome by the larger harm to the economy by the tide of red ink, and the interest costs (and bias to interest rates) occasioned by the federal deficts."

Well no, not really you didn't quote them, you said they said this, but it wasn't a direct quote. Which makes me doubt they every actually said it.
