We absolutely must get out of Iraq. So long as we are there we are holding up any healing in the area and jacking up oil prices by an extra 25%. What's happening now is our military being crushed by overwork to try and undo some of the damage Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld caused. But we can only undo a bit of it. Remember also, 4 million Iraqis are displaced and 2 million dead. And what are we doing about the displaced? Almost nothing. Those refugee camps could be major terrorists breeding grounds. Got to credit Angelina Jolie for bringing this issue to light. No one in the Bush camp gives a goddamn about about of the Iraqis, nor what their misery may cost us in the longer term.
