mc, is there something in the E-wave rules that says intraday overlaps always count? If one looks at a continuous line chart rather than a bar or candlestick chart, there is no overlap because on 11/14, the day you show the 1492 overlap of the 10/22 low, the close was 1470.

Even if one must count that 1492 intraday overlap, if one counts the move from the 10/22 low to the end of the move on 11/26 as a diagonal triangle, then an overlap of wave 1 and 4 is permissible, right?
