To answer your question first smars ... I was on the phone within 10 minutes of learning about the document. But I sure hope others will do the same. I was told that management was unavailable ... that it would be next week before they could get ahold of Hal, and they wanted to hear straight from Hal what is implied in the document ... I am content to wait for an answer early next week. I will wait and defer, but I am really expecting them to say they are NOT going in the direction of a RS. I won't even write the word it is so dirty ... I would be shocked that as it is not written about in the summary or elsewhere in the document.

As for the options ... they are an award of options granted ... not exercised. IF and when Hal and David pay .72 for 1.2 million shares ... you can seriously take that to the bank as a vote of confidence.

For the present though, for Hal they vest at a rate of 62,500 shares every quarter ... it's not an all at once thing ... and I am impressed that it is at a decent price.

Best to all .. and call the IR group till this stuff gets straightened out ... obviously Friday it scared a few into small selling ... I believe they will come to regret that ... but time will tell. I surely don't believe they set this up and have worked this hard on the listing to do a RS.

I'll say it one last time ... produce a prototype and business plan ... and the rest will more than take care of itself. I know I will be buying more when I see a prototype ... what about the rest of you?
