Hi Steve, I have been pleased with the Fool Income Investor. I am just getting started in the dividend-growth area, and their website gives you access to a few year's worth of past reco's and periodic updates so it gives you a jump on DD. Also, their discussion boards are useful and I am finding some good discussions on REITs, amongst other topics. All in all it's well worth the $129 or so annual cost. I'm just getting back from a week's vacation, visiting my son who's a Peace Corps volunteer in Grenada, hence the delayed response. Welcomed back to a messy storm in Maine, at least the power's still on ;-) Max
