Hey buttwipe, all countries are "socialist" including this one. Just a matter of degrees. There is nothing wrong with an efficiently run government program and there are many of them. There are also thousands of terribly run and criminal corporations. One thing is clear and proven. The rigging of the US healthcare system to serve ONLY the profiteers is a huge criminal enterprise and has deeply harmed this country. Our medical service also stinks compared to Europe and Canada. We rank #31 in the world now and we're falling. Only rich people get great health care in this country. And that's the way Bushies want it.
