I'm quite in favor of capitalism. Could you explain why dealing with Global Warming is more harmful for our economy than spending the money fighting ME wars? AFAIK, dealing with GW, just like all other technology based activity, will be quite the boon for our economy. In fact, I do a little work myself connected with solar power, which I think will make me some reasonable money in the future. You can fight change, or use it to advantage. Take your pick.
