i haven't run anywhere near 60 seconds - so i can't take that crown. in fact, i haven't even run a 400m yet - i just do the elliptical trainer and play basketball. i think my fastest 400m ever was 66-68 seconds - and that was when i was jogging cross country. i'm pretty sure i can beat that as cardio actually feels good now and it kicked my behind in high school. i'm not sure if i can take off the next 6-8 seconds, though. it would be one heckuva an accomplishment if i was able to get there, though.
